Campground
A parcel or tract of land including buildings or other structures, where five or more campsites are available for temporary or seasonal overnight occupancy.

Public Water Supply
A Public Water Supply (PWS) is regulated by the Dutchess County Department of Health and requires a permit to operate. A PWS is a community, noncommunity, or non-transient noncommunity water system, providing water to the public for human consumption, serving an average of at least 25 people for at least 60 days per year.

Temporary Food Service
This type of permit is required to prepare and serve food at a temporary special event and, includes preparing and serving food from vending booths, stands, kiosks, vehicles, or carts at temporary events. Application and fee must be submitted at least 7 days prior to operating.
