The following is the fee schedule for different types of applications. Fees are calculated at the time of application submission, based on the information entered.
Campground
A parcel or tract of land including buildings or other structures, where five or more campsites are available for temporary or seasonal overnight occupancy.

Child Day Care / Nursery School

Migrant Farmworker Housing
Migrant Farmworker Housing is property, vehicles, land, and dwellings used by migrant workers employed for seasonal labor at a farm through a H2A visa. This program includes sleeping and cooking areas provided for the workers and can include meals if provided by the employer.

Mobile Home Park
A Mobile home park is a property consisting of a tract of land maintained by an operator for mobile homes and/or manufactured homes, and buildings or other structures that may be used by occupants.

Public Water Supply
A Public Water Supply (PWS) is regulated by the Dutchess County Department of Health and requires a permit to operate. A PWS is a community, noncommunity, or non-transient noncommunity water system, providing water to the public for human consumption, serving an average of at least 25 people for at least 60 days per year.

Temporary Food Service
This type of permit is required to prepare and serve food at a temporary special event and, includes preparing and serving food from vending booths, stands, kiosks, vehicles, or carts at temporary events. Application and fee must be submitted at least 7 days prior to operating.
